Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment time or rescheduling an appointment.
Please speak softly throughout the spa and turn off your cellphone and any electronic devices. As a courtesy to other guests and for your relaxation, we ask that you do not bring children under the age of 12 into the Spa Area or onto the Salon Floor unless they are receiving a service. Please leave infants and young children at home.
If you have any medical conditions, are pregnant or nursing, have allergies or are using acne medication, please let us know so that we can assist you in selecting the right treatment.
A 24 hour advance notice is appreciated. Service requiring deposits must be canceled 24 hours prior to receive refund. Parties of 6 or more may require a deposit.

Hair Removal
